Trouble signing in, or updating your display name, photo, location, or selling preferences. Everything account related lives on your profile page.
Go to your profileListing problems
Edit, relist, or mark an item as pending, sold, or removed from My Listings. If a listing was removed for breaking the marketplace rules, you can ask for a review.
Go to My ListingsReport abuse
Report a listing, a seller profile, or a specific message using the report action on it. Reports go privately to administrators. Blocking a member hides their listings and stops messaging between you.

Ask what information Cycle Heap holds about you, how it is used, or request help with your data. The Privacy Policy sets out what is collected and exactly what account deletion does.

You can delete your own account from the Danger Zone at the bottom of your profile page. It is permanent. If you need help completing a deletion, contact us.

If someone is in danger, or a matter is criminal, contact your local law enforcement first. Cycle Heap cannot respond to emergencies.

Never send your password, card numbers, or verification photos by email. We will never ask for them.
